Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Toy To Play. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

By placing an order on www.toytoplay.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in new condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, tags, inserts, and promotional items
  • Free from signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or misuse
  • Returned with a valid order number or proof of purchase from Toy To Play

Non-Returnable Items

We may refuse returns if:

  • The item has been used or played with
  • The original packaging is missing or significantly damaged
  • Parts or accessories are missing
  • The product has been assembled (if applicable)
  • The item has been damaged after delivery due to customer handling

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you no longer want the item and it meets the eligibility requirements above:

  • You may return it within 30 days.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • We will refund 100% of the product price.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Free Shipping Orders

For orders that qualified for Free Standard Shipping (orders of $100 or more):

  • The full product price will be refunded if the return is approved.
  • Toy To Play will not deduct an estimated shipping charge from the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and photos of the damage.
  • We will provide either:
    • A replacement at no additional cost, or
    • A full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

You will not be charged for return shipping in these cases.

Incorrect Items

If we send the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will cover all return shipping costs.
  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

If the order has not shipped, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Toy To Play Cancellation

If we cancel an order for reasons such as inventory shortages, pricing errors, or other operational issues, you will receive a full refund.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at contact@toytoplay.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds are typically initiated within 2 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Address

The return shipping address will be provided by customer support when your return request is approved.

Limitation of Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window
  • Items that do not meet the return eligibility requirements
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control
