By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Locations

Toy To Play currently ships only within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Customers may choose one of the following shipping options during checkout.

Free Standard Shipping

Orders with a subtotal of $100.00 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping within the United States.

Toy To Play reserves the right to modify shipping promotions at any time.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

The estimated delivery times provided above are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Natural disasters
  • High shipping volumes
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Shipping Carriers

Toy To Play currently ships using one or more of the following carriers:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

We reserve the right to choose the carrier that best meets the selected shipping service.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after the shipment has been created.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Toy To Play is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once order processing has begun.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed, please first review the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.

If your shipment appears to be lost or has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery period, please contact us at:

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging
  • A brief description of the damage

After reviewing the information, Toy To Play will provide either:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Returned Shipments

Packages returned to Toy To Play because of:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Refused delivery

may require additional shipping charges before they can be shipped again.

If a refund is requested instead of reshipment, the refund will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping Delays Beyond Our Control

Toy To Play is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Government actions
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Labor strikes

While we cannot guarantee delivery dates under these circumstances, we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve delivery issues whenever possible.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time.

Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated Effective Date.
